Anne London may refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, for example if payment cannot be processed, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious error or fraud is suspected. If you have already paid for an order that is validly cancelled, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the law.

We make every effort to show products and their features as accurately as possible. Small differences in how colours appear may be due to your device or screen settings or the lighting in the photograph. Product availability may change. If a product is no longer available after you have ordered it, we will let you know and, where required, refund the amount paid.

All prices for the UK market are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), unless clearly stated otherwise. The price that applies to your order is shown before you confirm payment.

Obvious errors

If a price, description or other information is obviously wrong due to a technical, administrative or other obvious error, Anne London may take the steps permitted by law to correct it. We will let you know if such an error affects your order. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Shipping and delivery

Anne London products are shipped directly from China by external suppliers. The estimated order processing time is around 1 to 4 working days. The estimated delivery time after dispatch is around 6 to 12 working days. These times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, unless the law or an express order confirmation states otherwise. Items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in different parcels.

Right to cancel

As a consumer, you generally have the legal right to cancel a contract made at a distance within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a legal exception applies. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

Additional refund policy

Anne London also allows you to request a refund under an additional commercial policy up to 30 days after delivery, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. This additional policy does not replace your legal right to cancel or limit your rights in relation to faulty goods.

If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you keep your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer protection law. Anne London's additional 30-day policy does not limit how long these statutory rights last.

Anne London does not exclude or limit liability where doing so is not permitted by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anne London is not liable for loss caused solely by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, where the legal conditions for such a limitation are met.

Events beyond our reasonable control

Our ability to meet our obligations may be affected by events beyond the trader's reasonable control, including serious transport disruption, natural events, infrastructure failures, actions by public authorities or other similar circumstances. These circumstances do not remove the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

Website content, including text, graphics, design, logos, photographs and other material, may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Anne London or the relevant rights holders. Unauthorised copying, distribution, publication or commercial use of protected content is not permitted.
